                        Key responsibilities:
  Marketing strategy and planning:
  
   Creating and implementing marketing strategy for Portugal
   Developing marketing plan/strategies together with the head office, meeting local and global objectives of the company
   Controlling the marketing budget
   Monitoring, reporting and evaluating marketing activities
   Monitoring of results and identify opportunities for faster growth of the company and active participation in continuous improvement
  
  Departmental collaboration:
  
   Cooperation with the HQ and implementation of international activities
   Support the sales team to ensure alignment of the sales objectives with marketing strategies
  
  KOL and partner relations:
  
   Building strategic relationships with our customers and partners and identifying new ways of cooperation
   Training customers to ensure the correct and ongoing use of company marketing and PR tools
   Setting up cooperation and management of the external agency helping with after sales care activities (digital support in particular)
  
  Campaign execution:
  
   Deploy, implement, and execute marketing campaigns across different product lines in coordination with the sales objectives
   Managing the local social media accounts with its strategy
  
  Event management: managing local, regional and national congresses, exhibitions, workshops, webinars, events organization.
  
  Marketing materials distribution - responsibility for maintaining an in-house full stock of marketing materials & its distribution.
  
  Key requirements:
   Experience in video/image editing
   Native Portuguese speaker and fluent in English
